FURTHER INSPECTION SHOWS MISSING NUT ON THE EXHAUST FLANGE, THE EXHAUST LEAK JUST BEFORE THE UP STREAM OXYGEN SENSOR. CONFIRMED THE EXHAUST IS PULLING AIR IN AND CAUSING THE LEAN CODE. WAS ABLE TO INSTALL A NUT AND STOP THE EXHAUST LEAK AND CONFIRM THE FUEL TRIMS ARE NOW AT NORMAL VALUES

FURTHER PIN OUT TEST AT THE STARTER RELAY SHOWS NO NEUTRAL SAFETY INPUT. TRACED WIRES FROM FIREWALL TO NSS. DETERMINED AN "OPEN" IN THE RETURN WIRE TO THE STARTER RELAY WAS THE CONDITION. INSTALLED TEMPORARY WIRE FROM NSS TO FIRE WALL HARNESS INTO CAB. ADVISED CUSTOMER THE FIX IS VERY TEMPORARY AND WILL NEED TO RETURN TO MAKE THE NEEDED REPAIRS
