REMOVED THE LEFT REAR TAIL LIGHT AND FOUND A "LED" STYLE BULB IN PLACE WHERE A REGULAR BULB SHOULD BE TO CREATE THE LOAD FOR THE TURN SIGNAL FLASHER TO WORK PROPERLY. REPLACE BULB WITH A STANDARD NON "LED" BULB AND CONFIRMED THE LEFT TAIL LIGHT IS FLASHING CORRECTLY, AND THE LIGHT IS MUCH BRIGHTER. LOOKS AS THE VEHICLE HAS NO HIGH OR LOW BEAMS WORKING. FOG LAMP WILL WORK WHEN LOW BEAMS ARE REQUESTED. HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY'S HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH AFTERMARKET REPLACEMENTS. O.E. HAS ONE BULB PER SIDE, THE AFTERMARKET LIGHTS HAVE SEPARATE BULBS FOR BOTH THE HIGH AND LOW BEAM, THIS IS WHERE THE WIRES HAVE BEEN CUT AND OR MODIFIED. AS WELL AS MOISTURE GETTING INTO THE CONNECTOR ON THE RIGHT FRONT HEADLAMP MAIN 3 PIN CONNECTOR. ADVISE CUSTOMER TO SEEK A ACCESSORY SHOP FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
